Objective: To access the effect of oral hydration therapy in women with oligohydramnios and its impact on the perinatal outcome. Methods : A prospective, longitudinal study candidates over 2 years. Women coming for antenatal checkup in OPD and indoor patient admitted for confinement will be subjected to study. Patient will be gives oral hydration therapy (2 ltr/day) is excess of normal oral intake. Patient who had taken OHT will be subjected to ultrasonography examination to know the ?AFI at (0, 3hr, 24hr, 48hrs) patient benefited from this therapy will be given (500ltr/) till delivery. Results : Out of 20 women who had received oral hydration therapy in 95% cases.
