As the development millennium goals, and referring to goal No. 1 and goal No.7, there is a necessity to participate as a Palestinians to eradicate extreme poverty and to ensure a sustainable supply of water and food for those extremely poor and marginalized people in the Palestinian areas which is a part of the world that suffering from increasing of locals whom locate under the poverty line and facing a problem of food and water insecurity.
