From the abstract
Objective: to evaluate the seroprevalence of Toxoplasmosis in antenatal women with Bad Obstetric History and the pregnancy outcome in the infected women. Method(s): One hundred and seventy four women with Bad Obstetric History(BOH) were studied against one hundred and six controls.Their sera was subjected to ELISA test for IgG and IgM anti-toxoplasma antibodies and seropositives were followed through out their pregnancy to know the pregnancy outcome.
