Objectives : The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Laparoscopic Peritoneal Pull through Vaginoplasty and its comparison with freezed dried amniongraft vaginoplasty in creation of neovagina in patients with vaginal agenesis. Material & Methods : This is a retrospective study of series of 12 patients of vaginal agenesis who underwent vaginoplasty over a period of 2years. These patients either presented with complaints of primary amenorrhea (with MRKH Syndrome) or with cyclical abdominal pain with vaginal agenesis on examination.
