Introduction: Laparoscopy is a very important tool diagnosing as well as managing tubal, ovarian and peritoneal pathology causing infertility. The present study highlights the role of laparoscopy (Diagnostic and operative) in infertility. Materials and methods: 31 cases of Infertility who had gone undergone laparoscopy in the past two years by the authors were included in the study. Complete clinical workup and relevant investigations of infertility were done in all cases. Laparoscopy was done in these cases due to reasons like Adnexal masses, pelvic pain and associated infertility. Final diagnosis was made on laparoscopy and confirmed by HPE.
