Obiective : To compare the effectiveness of Labetalol and Nifedepin in pregnant women with Pre-eclampsia. : Materials and : methods A prospective study was conducted over a period of 6 months on 100 patients with Pre- eclamplasia. The study compared the effectiveness of Labetalol and Nifedepin in controlling hypertension in these patients.50 patients were given Labetalol and 50 were given Nifedepin. These patients were followed to evaluate the effect of Labetalol and Nifedepin in controlling Pre-eclampsia. Results and conclusion : Awaited till date
