extubation. Frequency of such problems, sometimes exceeds that related to tracheal intubation. Though, larger volume of literature is available concerning tracheal intubation, it is less common to find the same addressing extubation. Before discussing extubation of difficult airway, let us review the problems of treacheal extubation of normal airway.
