From the abstract

A 39 years old 2nd Para presented to the Gynecology OPD of Visakha Steel General Hospital with complaints of back ache and stress incontinence. On examination she was found to be a case of genuine stress incontinence with right sided adnexal mass. Subsequent U/S examination revealed it to be a case of right adnexal tumour most possibly broad ligament fibroid. MRI pelvis confirmed it to be the right broad ligament fibroid. TAH with removal of broad ligament fibroid and repair of paravaginal defect (Richardson's operation) was planned. On laparotomy the tumour was found to be arising from right ovary and was solid.
