Mrs. PM, 21 year old Hindu female from Burla presented at O.P.D. on 12.12.2007 with complaints of amenorrhoea of 2 months and vomiting for 10 days. Her LMP being 14.10.07. Her previous obstetric history revealed, that her first pregnancy was spontaneous abortion at 2 months - 2 year back. Second pregnancy was IUD of a male child at 7 months - 1 Vz year back (History of Preeclampsia). Third pregnancy was choriocarcinoma, (scrum beta HCG 225000 min/ml with ultrasound report showing endometrial cavity is distended and filled with inhomegenons echogenic material and multiple cystic space. Endometrial differentiation lost with invasion of tissue into myometrium.
