Introduction: The Leiomyoma is the commonest of all pelvic tumors being present in 20% of women in reproductive age group and increasing with age being 40% over the age of 40 years. Objective : To study the various clinical manifestations of fibroid and brining into light some of the rare presentations. Other parameters like distribution of blood group, age distribution, prevalence among different socioeconomic status, various surgeries done, are simultaneously studied. Setting: Gandhi Hospital, Musheerabad, Secunderabad, A.P. Type Of Study: Prospective study for 2 years. Material & Methods: Age group 20 - 45 years coming to gynecology OPD .
