A 51 yrs old, multiparous diabetic, non hypertensive female presented in outdoor with c/o post menopausal bleeding since 1 month. She had 1 episode of bleeding which was mild unassciated with pain or any discharge P/V. She was a known diabetic on oral hypoglycemic. On examination cervix was high up uterus was about 14 weeks size. Patient was counseled for hysteroscopy & D&C and taken for same. During hysteroscopy a forgotten IUCD was found in the cavity, a large endometrial polyp was arising from posterior wall of uterus was found, it was fleshy red with variegated consistency. A small biopsy from polyp taken and sent for HPE. Endometrial curettings were also taken.
