Objectives : Women's health doesn't mean absence of disease or infirmity, it includes mental wellbeing. Women having one or more affected child with genetic /metabolic disorder are mentally stressed & live with fear of having subsequent children with same disorder. In order to allay their anxiety correct etiological diagnosis of affected child & enquiring whether confirmatory test are available for diagnosing same condition on in utero fetus & then subjecting amniotic fluid / chorionic villi for confirmatory test to assure the expectant mother was the aim of study.
