Introduction:PPTCT Programme is playing a key role in providing counseling and other services at hospital level but unable to extend the same services at the community level.So,Out reach programme is planned to strengthen the services of PPTCT and to enhance the accessibility of HIV services and provide follow up at the community level. Aim:Evaluation of Outreach programme regarding its accessibility in terms of maternal and fetal outcome,and efficacy of the programme in providing follow-up care at home for mother and child.
