Objective : To evaluate the impact of primary and interval cytoreductive surgery in patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Material And Methods: Between Jan'2006 and Dec'2007, 66 patients underwent primary surgery followed by chemotherapy or primary chemotherapy followed by interval cytoreductive surgery then chemotherapy. A combination of Cisplatin and Cyclophosphanide was used for all patients. After complete clinical examination and basic investigations which include Haemogram, LFT, RFT, chest x-ray, USG and CT scan pelvis and abdomen, patients were divided in to two groups.
