Introduction: Ectopic pregnancy brings about a catastrophe when pregnancy state is not under supervision and also when pregnancy is not recognised. It is one of the major causes of maternal mortality and morbidity and its incidence is increasing worldwide. The advent of modem diagnostic and therapeutic modalities has changed the clinical scenario of ectopic pregnancy from one of possible disaster to one of potential success. Aim: To correlate the clinical picture, USG and operative findings in ectopic pregnancy in a tertiary care hospital.
