What it handles

From the call going out to the paper going online

Everything the committee normally chases over email lives in one place, tied to the event and its sessions.

Publish the Call

Title, subtitle, industry, venue, dates and organiser contact — your call for papers gets its own public page.

Public listing

Session Tracks

Break the call into dated session tracks so every abstract arrives already sorted into the right part of the programme.

Date · Track

Deadline Enforced

The form closes itself the moment the submission deadline passes — no late entries to argue about afterwards.

Full Submission Record

Topic, presenter, author, co-authors, affiliation, aim, contact details and the paper file — captured in one form.

PDF · DOC · DOCX

Accept or Reject

Your committee works through the queue and marks each abstract accepted or rejected, with the decision time recorded.

Pending · Accepted · Rejected

Controlled Downloads

Accepted papers download through a permission-checked link, so drafts never leak from a guessable file path.

Gated file

Published Programme

Accepted abstracts roll straight into the day, hall and session where they were presented.

Counts at a Glance

Received, pending, accepted and rejected totals per track — so you know where the review is stuck.

Per track
How it works

Six steps, and the committee never emails a file

The organiser sets it up once; everything after that runs on the deadline and the review queue.

1

Create the Call

Add the title, industry, venue, dates, organiser contact and the submission deadline.

2

Add Session Tracks

List the dated sessions authors can submit against, in the order they run.

3

Authors Submit

They pick a track, fill in topic, authors, affiliation and aim, then upload the paper.

4

Deadline Closes It

Once the date passes the form stops accepting, and the queue is frozen for review.

5

Committee Decides

Reviewers accept or reject each abstract; the author is told and the count updates.

6

Publish the Programme

Accepted papers appear under their session, with a controlled download for delegates.

Note: the workflow above is a demo mock-up built with placeholder names and papers. Your live call for papers uses your own event branding, tracks and submissions.
